What is an Enrollment Key?
It’s a key provided by your employer / trainer / group leader to connect your account to their training group.
Where do I find my Enrollment Key?
Check the invitation email or message you received. If you don’t have it, contact your group leader to resend it.
I already have an account — do I need to register again?
No. Log in instead. If you can’t find where to enter the key (or it isn’t linking), contact support and we’ll connect your account.
My key isn’t working — what should I do?
Remove any extra spaces and try again. If it still fails, ask your group leader to verify the key is correct and still active.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes—once you complete the course requirements, your certificate and records will be available in your account.
