- Course Completion

- Practical Evaluation Requirement
Certification in the operation of construction equipment is contingent upon the successful completion of an in-person practical evaluation. This evaluation will be conducted by a certified evaluator designated by Equipment Tutor Training and Certification Ltd. Participants must undergo this practical assessment to demonstrate their proficiency in applying the knowledge acquired during the online training.
- Certification Validity
Certification in construction equipment operation, if granted, is valid only when both the online training and the in-person practical evaluation have been successfully completed. Failure to meet either requirement will result in the denial of certification.
- Certified Evaluator Authority

The certified evaluator reserves the right to determine the participant’s competency based on their performance during the practical evaluation.
- Certification Refusal
Equipment Tutor Training and Certification Ltd. retains the right to refuse certification to any participant who fails to meet the established standards during the practical evaluation. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
- Course Content Accuracy
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the course content, Equipment Tutor Training and Certification Ltd. does not guarantee the completeness or current relevance of the information provided. Participants are encouraged to supplement their online training with industry updates and best practices.
- Health and Safety Laws
Participants are expected to comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions, including those in Canada and the United States.
