  1. Consequences of Non-Compliance:
  • Failure to undergo recertification within the specified timeframe may result in the expiration of the original certification. Operating construction equipment without a valid certification may lead to legal consequences, including non-compliance with health and safety laws of Canada and the United States, and the suspension of training program privileges.
