4. Certification Validity Period: Once certified, the obtained certification remains valid for a duration of three years, after which recertification is necessary to maintain the certification status.
5. Instructor Certification Completion: Bring a copy of this Certificate to the in-person practical evaluation training so that the instructor can complete it upon a successful evaluation.
