Our in-person forklift training is designed to prepare individuals to safely and confidently operate a lift truck in real-world environments. This blended training combines online theory with hands-on practical instruction to ensure each participant gains both the knowledge and experience needed for certification.

The practical session includes:

  • Real-time forklift handling under instructor supervision
  • Pre-operation setup exercises
  • Step-by-step safety procedures for workplace compliance

Total Duration:  4 hours (following completion of online theory)

  • 1 hour: Online course review
  • 3 hours: On-site forklift operation and evaluation

This structure ensures you are fully prepared to operate equipment responsibly and pass all safety assessments.

Before Your Training Day

Before attending the practical training session, participants are required to complete an online theory course. This covers core safety concepts, forklift components, basic operating principles, and hazard awareness. Completing this in advance ensures the in-person portion focuses entirely on hands-on skills and safety compliance.

You’ll be expected to come prepared, having reviewed:

  • Equipment basics
  • Load handling principles
  • Workplace safety responsibilities
  • Key safety standards under applicable regulations

  6. Incline Operation – Safe maneuvering on slopes and uneven surfaces
  7. Refueling or Battery Charging – Procedures for safely powering up your equipment
