The Webmaster/ IT Provider will be assisting in the client-side integration process.

The company branding assets that will be used to maintain brand consistency.

Account Ambassador

The Account Ambassador will be the primary administrator for the training platform and the main contact between Equipment Tutor and your company.

The total onboarding process takes 6 to 10 business days to complete after this form has been submitted.

Onboarding Timeline

Phase Description ETA
Configuration Platform provisioning, domain/DNS setup, SSL, and basic branding. 1-2 days
Customization Apply your logo, color palette, and reseller settings (course catalog, pricing, etc.) 2-3 days
Review We’ll provide you with staging login to review your portal and test the platform. 1-2 days
Launch Go live with your online training. 2-3 days

Onboarding Completion

Once completed, your training platform will be live at the web address provided above.
